Condition
A home kept on a regular schedule is quicker than one that has not been cleaned professionally in a while. The first visit usually takes longest.
Frequency
Recurring visits are quicker and cost less per visit than a one-off clean. Weekly costs less per visit than fortnightly.
Add-ons and extras
Windows, inside the oven, upholstery, laundry and terraces are priced on top of the base service, only when you choose them.
Access and parking
Difficult access, no lift for upper floors or paid parking in your area can affect the price. We always tell you in advance.
