What affects the price

A few things shape every quote. We are transparent about all of them.

Size of your home

More rooms and floor area take more time, so the real size of your home is where every quote starts — never a flat rate that ignores it. Size sets the starting point; the amount of work sets the rest.

Amount of work

Two homes of the same size can be very different jobs. How much there is to clean, how much is out on the surfaces, how many tasks you want covered and how long it has been since the last professional clean all change the hours a visit takes.

Condition

A home kept on a regular schedule is quicker than one that has not been cleaned professionally in a while. The first visit usually takes longest.

Frequency

Recurring visits are quicker and cost less per visit than a one-off clean. Weekly costs less per visit than fortnightly.

Add-ons and extras

Windows, inside the oven, upholstery, laundry and terraces are priced on top of the base service, only when you choose them.

Access and parking

Difficult access, no lift for upper floors or paid parking in your area can affect the price. We always tell you in advance.

Good to know before you book

Parking and transport

In most neighbourhoods there is no parking charge. Where paid parking is unavoidable, we tell you the amount before the visit — never as a surprise on the day.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule up to our published notice period at no cost, simply through our concierge team. Very late changes may carry a fee, which we always state clearly in advance.

First visit versus recurring visits

The first visit usually takes longer and costs more, because it brings the home up to standard. Once your home is on a regular schedule, later visits are quicker and priced lower per visit.
