Post-renovation clean of a T2 with builder's dust on the marble and a greasy oven in Estrela-Lapa

Baked-on grease lifted out of the oven, racks and trays included. Construction dust cleared from marble worktops and window ledges — it bonds to stone and will not wipe off dry. Glass, chrome and grout washed down in both bathrooms. Windows done inside and out. The parquet brought back to an even sheen; the terrace decking and its glass railing washed. The flat was going on the market, so the work was judged by eye: no streaks on the glass, no dust left on the marble. Three professionals, ten hours, finished the same day.
